Located in the famous and charming Saint Jacques Alley in Grand Sablon Square, this elegant restaurant decorated by Lorenzo Castillo offers a more formal alternative with a more elaborated menu dedicated to Spanish specialties than that of our brasserie.
This includes the most outstanding Spanish gourmet products such as suckling pig and milk-fed lamb. Chef Moran offers a tasting menu of five or seven courses while the wine list will allow you to discover a selection of very great Spanish wines offering excellent value for money.
